t4 Baby Sitting
- Clients can arrange with their nanny once in resort if
they would like evening baby sitting.
This is charged at 12 Euros per hour (15 Euros
per hour after midnight) and is paid directly to the
nanny.
The
Client will always have first refusal but should the
client not want the babysitting service the nanny is
free to baby sit for another family should there be
demand.

t4 Cancellations
- If a Client cancels after paying a 50% deposit this is
non refundable.
If a Client has paid the invoice in full and cancels 4
weeks or more in advance then they will receive a 50%
refund.

t4 Dietary Requirements
– It is the Client’s responsibility to inform t4 Private
Nanny Service of any special dietary requirements and
allergies.
Please
ask reservations for a form and send it back to us
signed.

t4 Health and Safety
– t4 nannies take serious measures to ensure they adhere
to the health and safety regulation of the Client’s
accommodation.
It is ultimately the tour operator’s responsibility to
ensure all health and safety regulations are being met
and should the Client have any concerns over this they
need to speak to the tour operator direct.
t4 nannies are trained in resort to ensure they
know the best and safest places to play with the
children outside.

t4 On Hold
- Clients can put a nanny on hold for 7 days after which
the nanny will be released if a deposit has not been
paid.

t4 Nanny Hours
- For a full day service, nannies will work 6 days each
week for 8 consecutive hours.
The Client can
choose when the nanny works on a day to day basis
between the hours of 8.30am and 7.00pm.
For half day bookings the nanny will work either
4 consecutive hours between 8.30am to 1.00pm or 1.30pm
to 7.00pm

t4 Meal Times
– t4 nannies will prepare food for the child if
necessary but all food must be provided by the Client.
The nanny can take the child to a restaurant if
the Client provides money for both the child and the
nanny to eat.

t4 Medication
– t4 nannies will only give medication to a child with
explicit written instructions from a parent or legal
guardian.

t4 Overtime
- Clients can book over time on top of the normal hours.
This is charged at £15 per hour.

t4 Reservations
- A deposit of 50% will be taken at time of reservation
which is non-refundable, with the following 50% to be
taken 4 weeks before arrival in resort.
If the client reserves less than 4 week before
arrival then the total balance is due at time of
reservation

t4 Sickness
– t4 nannies all have the telephone number of the
British Medical Centre in Val d’Isere and will take the
child there if they see fit.
Should a child arrive or develop an infection
illness it may be that the nanny can not continue to
care for the child.
In this case no refund will be given.

t4 Nanny Sickness
– Should the Client’s nanny become ill and is unable to
continue working, every effort will be made to replace
the nanny with another member of the team.
If this is not possible a refund will be given
for any time the nanny misses.
