T4 Nanny Feedback 2011/2012
T4 offered
a flexible service, our nanny Hannah had a friendly manner
and was very attentive of Daniel. Overall we were very

boys loved Tanya, she was creative and flexible with them.
She spontaneously offered to come early when Guy was sick
for two days so Adrian and I could still go skiing. We could
not have got this service anywhere else and we were
absolutely delighted with her.

Danika was a lovely nanny and the
girls took to her immediately. She was very flexible and
fitted around anything we wanted to do with the girls. That

Charlene was an excellent nanny, very relaxed, enthusiastic
and keen to make the children and our holiday as trouble
free and enjoyable as possible. She was very pro-active and
imaginative when it came to thinking about activities for
the girls to do each day and she was very informative about
how their days had been in terms of eating, activities,
sleep patterns and their general wellbeing. We would
thoroughly recommend Charlene as a nanny to other families
and if we use T4 nannies again we would love for Charlene to
be our nanny again. Please pass this feedback onto Charlene
and if she would ever like a personal reference we would be
delighted to supply one.

Danika is a great nanny. We
were really impressed with her abilities. She has a lovely
warm,friendly personality. She is caring and competent. Our
boys adored her! She helped to make our holiday a success as
we could go off skiing knowing they were in safe hands.

I
can't rate Tanya more highly. Tanya was so friendly and
helpful and nothing fazed her. Our five year old twins loved
her (seriously - no shyness or problems leaving them with
her) and she was fantastic with our 8 month old baby, Henry.
I trusted her implicitly and she had a fantastic can-do
attitude, which I really appreciated. It meant we could
leave for a day's skiing with no worries at all and our
children didn't even give us a backward glance. They just
had fun all day.
I've used lots of nannies over the past
five years on various holidays and I can say that Tanya was
the best by a long shot. She has a lovely nature and I can't
rate her highly enough. She's an absolute star.

On arrival the first morning Ash gave us a big smile and
made a big point of saying hello to the children. Sounds
obvious but it was great - she wasn't over the top and in
their face - just happy to get down on her knees and play.
Thank you for a lovely holiday - I am now seriously
considering changing our Esprit style catered holidays to
appartments with nannies for the relaxing flexibility.

Ash was absolutely fantastic with
the children they all loved her. As parents we were all very
happy with the service provided - Ash was very organised and
took all the stress out of getting the children all ready
for the slopes. She took the time to find out what
activities they could do locally and had varied activities
for them to do on a daily basis. Nothing was too much
trouble and Ash's laid back personality and obvious ability
with children made for a stress free holiday. She was always
very punctual and flexible with timings - every family
holiday should come with an 'Ash'!

Kim was very easy to
get along with, all the children really liked and engaged
with her. She realised who needed what and when and managed
to keep all 4 of them happy, not an easy task with two girls
4 and 6 and two boys 3 and 7! Kim was also very good at
disciplining the children and making them understand she was
boss, even if parents were around, she was on duty until we
agreed she was not.
We felt totally confident that Kim
was very able and willing to make everyone's holiday a very
happy one! Happy children = very happy parents. The fact
that Kim had worked for T4 before and had looked after
children in a ski resort was a very big plus. It is very
different entertaining children up a mountain and picking
tired ones up from ski school, Kim did a brilliant job.

Ash was
great with the children- very caring, friendly and fun. She
made our holiday stress free and we really appreciated how
flexible she was with her hours. We would love to use her
again.

Jenny was lovely, very understated and
unassuming. Her discipline was gentle yet firm. My children
loved Jenny. Ria my 6 year old daughter has been in tears
twice since we arrived home at the prospect of never seeing
her again! Good excuse to go skiing again!

Hayley was professional, punctual, very kind and fun
with Lara, as well as my other girls. She was also extremely
flexible and able to fit in with what was happening and what
needed to be done. She also got to know Lara very well and
took her to as many activities as Lara was interested in -
be it ice skating or playing hairdressers with ponies.

Antonia was brilliant she offered
flexibility with a can do attitude. She was kind, firm and
caring. We had absolute trust in her ability to keep our
children safe and provide a stimulating day for them. We
would recommend t4 to anyone based on our experiences. All
in all she made our holiday fun for all and relaxing for us.
We'll miss her next holiday!!!!

Tanya was
absolutely fantastic. We found her very mature for her age,
she was excellent with our 6 month old son, Logan and you
can tell he was really smitten with her. Tanya had a genuine
love for children which really came across. We found Tanya
brilliant at updating us on how the morning had gone in
terms of sleep patterns and mealtimes etc. Tanya took Logan
out every day and even took him to his first farm. Tanya was
always punctual and reliable and nothing was too much
trouble. We would thoroughly recommend Tanya to other
parents and children.

All of our children
loved Ash and I knew I didn't have to worry about Anya or
Beatrix at all. Ash is possibly the most helpful and willing
person I have ever met.
We would most certainly use T4
nannies again as the service provided was superb. Ash is a
real credit to your company. We will be passing on your
information to anyone skiing in the 3 valleys.
The
booking was so quick and easy also. Everything was
fantastic.

Can
you thank Leanne again for us. She did such
an amazing job with our daughter. We were slightly
concerned about how she would be with someone new
but from the word go both our daughter and
ourselves were completely at ease. We had no
concerns at all over with the week even when
Arabella started with chicken pox. Thank you

Katy
was an absolute joy to have around, Otto, Lulu and
Katie adored her and were very sad to say goodbye!
She was reliable, flexible and creative in terms
of time spent off the slopes! We as parents were
able to enjoy maximum time on the slopes as a
result. Katy is the second nanny we have had from
T4 and again was a resounding success. We will be

We wanted to thank you so much for allocating Leanne to us as our nanny last week. Other than our nanny, Leslie, who adored the children when they were babies, we have not come across anyone who the children took to so readily and with such warmth and respect.
By way of background, since 2006 we have been skiing twice a year using nannies from Scott Dunn, Meriski, Powder Byrne and Esprit. We also had a nanny at home until August 2009, so the children are used to being entertained by qualified nannies and we are used to liaising with them.
If we are
honest, when we first met Leanne we were a
little reticent about whether she would be
suitable, as she seemed quite nervous around
us. However, last week proved to be a
lesson in how not to judge someone on
first appearances. We have never felt so
duty-bound to write like this (and this is the
first time we have done so in connection with a
ski-holiday nanny).
Leanne is a wonderful nanny - a real find and someone who is a credit and a great ambassador for your company. She was by far the best nanny our children have been lucky enough to have looking after them whilst on holiday. Eleanor, our 5 year old, told us at the end of day two that she was "the best nanny I have ever had", which pretty well sums things up. Hughie, who can be a quite clingy and reticent with strangers, was angelic all week for Leanne and would rather spend time with her than ski with his father! Both were visibly affectionate and full of giggles with Leanne whilst in our presence, which was lovely to see. It made it easier to go skiing each day, secure in the knowledge that the children were happy, content and well looked after.
In summary, Leanne was excellent. She has clearly found her calling in life. It is also clear that she has worked in a nursery before and is properly qualified, by the way she varied the children's activities throughout the week, keeping in mind the need for stimulation and education through play. Her artistic talents were wonderful and we are eternally grateful as art and craft is all that Eleanor wants to do. Leanne was also disciplined in the way she planned ahead and documented what they were doing and eating (which she cheerfully cooked at our direction). She worked incessantly hard and had boundless energy and patience all week and we are eternally grateful that she was willing to give her 'all' to her job. A truly dedicated nanny is hard to find, as we well know.
Once
again, thank you. We will have no hesitation
in recommending your company to our friends as a
result of a our wonderful experience with Leanne's

was incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, trustworthy
and communicative. She turned up every day on time
and was willing to be incredibly flexible. She was
also very neat and tidying our apartment. She also
pro-actively suggested taking Freya out for walks
and swims, and played brilliantly with her.

Steph
was simply brilliant with Izzy. She was vibrant
and entertaining and constantly kept Izzy busy,
which is just what you need on a holiday. She
seemed to bond with Izzy instantly, and was great
with her. Steph helped out when we introduced Izzy
to skiing (she's only just 2, so quite an
achievement!) and we felt very comfortable each
day knowing that Izzy would be in good hands.

ease with her (which is by no means a given
thing!) We all felt extremely comfortable with
Steph being around our apartment and she
entertained Alex with a range of activities that

was amazing! I particularly appreciated how
fresh-faced she was every day, even early in the
morning. She was relaxed, easy-going and very

Leanne was fantastic, the kids loved her and she was not only very professional, she really seemed to enjoy the work. children settled extremely quickly with Leanne
(they usually take time to settle with anyone) and
they really enjoyed their time with Leanne. She
did lots of activities with them at the chalet and

Our
nanny was Tess, although we had Rosie for the last
day! We felt very comfortable with leaving Charlie
with them as he seemed happy around them. We had
never left Charlie with anyone else before so we
were a little nervous. They both put our minds at

knowledgeable about the whole Val d'Isere area and
although we only had Rosie for one day, she did a
wonderful hand print painting which now takes
