Elle
Elle has a lifetime in education, childcare and outdoor education. Elle trained primarily as a Physical Development, Health and Physical Education teacher in Australia. She then went on to specialise in Special Education alongside pursuing a career as an Outdoor Educator. Elle has all the hard but especially soft skills needed to sooth, nurture and inspire. Elle is the director of t4nanny and spends a lot of her time nurturing and supporting her fantastic team when she is not caring for our t4 families. Fun Fact : Elle is a water baby, she is a swimming instructor and ensures all her staff have the skills and knowledge to feel competent and confident taking little ones into the pool.

Matt Is a returning team member to t4nanny! Matt brings with him 25 years of experience working with young people. As an outdoor educator Matt has mastered the art of fostering safe and fun environments for young people to push their boundaries and grow. Matt is a magician with all ages and has ihe training and experience to support little ones with Special Needs and BSL. Matt is a lover of languages and is fluent in French , soon to be Welsh… just a jack of all trades kinda guy. Fun Fact: Matt is an amazing musician and singer, he shares with our team a love for music and culture, teaching us childrens songs in Welsh and other languages.
Eilidh
Val d'Isere

Eilidh is literally a carer, she has worked with all ages and has professional experience in the care industry with adults and young people. Eilidh is also a ski instructor in Scotland, she has experience not only nannying but supporting young ones on their skis and also in the winter environment. She knows the ins and outs of equipping young people with the skills and confidence to enjoy and thrive in the mountains. Fun Fact: She is a master of Origami and can always make engaging playful activities with small amounts of craft and her big imagination!
Cara

Cara has 10 years experience as a private nanny and 8 years of experience working in the Primary School setting as a teacher. Cara used her qualifications in Applied Psychology to enter the world of education and supporting young people. Her role as a Special Needs Assistant Teacher has given her a wonderful skill set when working with young people. She has a wealth of knowledge in mindfulness and is a master of creative play. Fun Fact - Cara loves Yoga & Mindfulness and encorporates these in fun ways with children of all ages.
Dani
Val d'Isere

Children hold a special place in Dani’s heart. Her training and and interests have delved deep into a variety of subjects from child development, to safety measures and effective communication techniques. With her natural nurturing presence, her goal is to create a safe space where kids will feel safe, cared for, and inspired! Always looking to build on her language skills, Dani will also be taking lessons to improve her conversational French over the winter season. Dani’s drive is to create unforgettable moments and be the helping hand you need during your holiday!  Fun fact - Dani grew up in Bermuda!, where she also played volleyball for the Bermuda National Team traveling around the Western world and Caribbean islands.
Harriet

Harriet originally from Australia, has been working as a special needs teaching assistant since moving to London, which has equipped her with invaluable experience in education working with a spectrum of abilities and ages, which helped develop her ability to facilitate a variety of experiences to positive outcomes. To complement this experience in preparation for this season Harriet also completed an in-depth and intensive childcare course aimed at preparing nannies for the winter season. Fun Fact - Harriet has been skiing in 5 different countries and loves being outdoors and can't wait to play in the snow with your little ones!
Savannah
Val d'Isere
A fun-loving and dedicated nanny, with 7 years of experience as a pediatric nurse. Coupled with her deep understanding of child development and her caring nature, Savannah can build a positive and engaging environment for your children. Using her excellent communication skills and the collaborative approach she uses with the parents, you can expect the most joy-filled outcomes for your child's winter holiday this season. Fun fact - Savannah is a huge outdoor enthusiast, loves baking, and is also a qualified lifeguard.
Sophie
Sophie has 3 years of experience working in a variety of roles working with children. Sophie has worked in a school with children aged 4-10, at a gymnastics club with children aged 3-11, and with a Kids Club working with children from 3 to 10 years. These responsible roles have helped provide the essential hands-on experience expected from our t4nannies. In addition, Sophie has also been positioned in a creche, caring for babies and toddlers from 12 weeks to 5 years old. Sophie's mantra is primarily about children's health and safety but also about having lots of fun. Fun Fact - Sophie is an identical triplet!

Martina has worked in holiday camps in Italy for many years. She discovered her love for working with the under 1's in her first season with t4nanny. Having lived in the Alps for over 10 years she has all the tips and tricks to life in the beautiful Alpine Environments and knows how to make the most of the riches here. Fun fact - Martina speaks 3 languages; English, Italain and Spanish!
Millie
Tignes
After previously working as an Au Pair and summer camp assistant in Austria, Millie has acquired an excellent level of communication which will help put your little ones at ease. Having grown up in both the UK and France, she has a fluent grasp of both languages and has several years of experience working with children in multilingual settings. She enjoys traveling and sharing different cultures and aims to inspire and ignite your child's imagination. Fun fact - Millie is also a qualified Divemaster and Snorkeling Instructor!
Josie
Tignes & Val d'Isere
Josie has over 5 years experience enriching childrens lives with her loving, fun and bubbly approach. She adores the outdoors and will always share the wanders of the mountains with your children whilst keeping them toasty and safe. As an Au Pair in London she gained years of expereince working with all age groups but has a soft spot for the under 2's! Fun fact - Josie is also a qualified Chef who adores sharing this passion with children!
