Payment & Cancellation Policy
Fee Payments and Deposits
Upon booking, 50% of the total cost of your childcare will be required. This deposit secures your booking and is non refundable. (Please see cancellation policy). We cannot guarantee any bookings without the payment of this deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid four weeks before the booking commences. If your childcare requirements change in resort such as evening work you will be invoiced at the end of your booking with all payments to be settled within a week of your departure. Early invoicing or payment in advance can also be arranged upon request.
Administration fee
In line with French Law, there will be a 40 Euro charge if payment is not received for the service after an invoice is sent (Indemnité forfaitaire pour frais de recouvrement)
Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event of you needing to cancel your childcare requirements the following terms will apply:
Your deposit is non refundable. Where notification of a cancellation is more than 4 weeks before the start of the booking, 50% of your full payment will be refunded to you.
Where notification of a cancellation is less than 4 weeks before the start of your booking, unfortunately no monies will be refunded.
Cancellation Invoicing
A cancellation invoice can be issued to you for the purpose of claiming any losses from your insurance company.

Force Majeure
In the case of a Force Majeure we will still enforce the cancellation policy above.

Refunds
In the case that t4nanny is unable to fulfil your booking: t4nanny offer a full refund.
In the case that you cancel your booking: Your deposit is non-refundable. 50% of your full payment may be refunded to you given your cancellation is given 4 weeks before the start date of your booking.
