• Formal childcare qualification or relevant training is highly desirable

• Previous professional childcare experience is highly desirable - as a guide, we generally look for a minimum of two years’ experience

• Paediatric First Aid training

• Appropriate police background and safeguarding checks

• A genuine passion for working with children

• Warm, patient, responsible and reliable

• Creative, energetic and able to engage children through play and activities

• Confident working both independently and as part of a team

• Willing to learn, develop and share ideas

• Professional, adaptable and comfortable meeting new people

• Enthusiastic about living and working in the French Alps
