Elle
Owner / Director

Elle has a lifetime in education, childcare and outdoor education. Elle trained primarily as a Physical Development, Health and Physical Education teacher in Australia. She then went on to specialise in Special Education alongside pursuing a career as an Outdoor Educator. Elle has all the hard but especially soft skills needed to sooth, nurture and inspire. Elle is the director of t4nanny and spends a lot of her time nurturing and supporting her fantastic team when she is not caring for our t4 families. Fun Fact : Elle is a water baby, she is a swimming instructor and ensures all her staff have the skills and knowledge to feel competent and confident taking little ones into the pool.

Matt Is a returning t4nanny! Matt brings with him 25 years of experience working with young people. As an outdoor educator Matt has mastered the art of fostering safe and fun environments for young people to push their boundaries and grow. Matt is also a father, he is a magician with all ages and has the training and experience to support little ones with Special needs through his expereince as a Tutor and Carer. Languages Spoken by Matt; French ( Fluent) Welsh (Intermediate) Fun Fact: Matt is an amazing musician and singer, he shares with our team a love for music and culture, teaching us childrens songs in Welsh and other languages.

Head Nanny | Tignes

Brooke is Head Nanny this season. Brooke calls New Zealand home but is currently residing in Europe. She brings a strong background in education, facilitation, and leadership, with extensive experience working with children, young people, and diverse groups in both formal and outdoor learning environments. Brooke has a calm, confident approach and is highly skilled at creating safe, engaging, and nurturing experiences for children, whether indoors or exploring the outdoors. With a background in environmental education and guiding, she is passionate about hands-on learning, fostering curiosity, and encouraging children to feel confident and capable in new environments. As Head Nanny, Brooke supports the nanny team throughout the season, ensuring high standards of care while creating fun, enriching, and memorable experiences for both children and families. Fun facts: Brooke is a qualified ecologist and loves sharing fun nature facts with curious kids, no matter the season. She is also happiest outdoors and can turn almost any walk, snow day, or rainy afternoon into an adventure.

Eilidh
Eilidh
Head Nanny | Tignes & Val d'Isere

Eilidh has been with t4nanny for 4 consecutive years working in multiple nanny roles, including our 2024/25 Head Nanny and 2025 Holiday Nanny! Eilidh is literally a carer, she has worked with all ages and has professional experience in the care industry with adults and young people. Eilidh is also a ski instructor in Scotland, she has experience not only nannying but supporting young ones on their skis and also in the winter environment. She knows the ins and outs of equipping young people with the skills and confidence to enjoy and thrive in the mountains. Fun Fact: She is a master of Origami and can always make engaging playful activities with small amounts of craft and her big imagination!

Maija is an experienced primary school teacher with five years of full-time teaching, skilled in creating great learning environments for all children. She has experience as both a Primary Teacher and an English Teacher. She is excellent at supporting children with special needs and those from multilingual backgrounds. She is highly adaptable, great at communication, and skilled in using technology for education. Maija is passionate about quality childcare. Fun fact: Maija loves to sing Languages - Latvian (Native) and English (Fluent)

Caity is a registered nurse with four years of clinical experience across surgical wards, emergency care and paediatrics. She has recently resigned from her job, where she has progressed into the Emergency Department, developing strong skills in communication, adaptability and calm decision-making in fast-paced environments. Caity has extensive experience caring for both adults and children, including post-operative care and supporting families during stressful situations. Her nursing background means safety, organisation and attentiveness come naturally, while her bubbly and confident personality helps children feel comfortable and at ease from the moment they meet her. Having worked across a wide range of wards and care settings, Caity is highly adaptable and thrives in new environments. She is excited by the opportunity to bring her caring nature, professionalism and positive energy into a family setting, helping to make holidays smooth, memorable and stress-free for both parents and children. Fun facts: born in Zimbabwe, loves hiking, enjoys going to the gym and singing Language - English (Native)

Anna-Belle

Travelling Nanny

Anna-Belle is born and raised in Sainte-Foy (and now working extensively in Tignes), Anna-Belle is a true mountain local with a deep love for alpine life. A sports coach and content creator, she is passionate about mountain and outdoor sports and naturally brings this energy into her childcare. Sporty, caring, and playful, Annabelle enjoys spending time with children of all ages, creating a safe and joyful environment where they can feel confident, have fun, and enjoy the magic of the mountains. Fun fact: Annabelle has climbed Mount Kilimanjaro and Mera Peak in Nepal, and loves sharing her passion for adventure and nature with the little ones. Languages: French (native) English (conversational)

Tyyne
Tyyne
Val d'sere & Tignes

Originally from Finland and based in La Rosière, Tyyne is currently spending her second gap year working as an au pair, caring for two children aged 4 and 1½. She has hands-on experience supporting both toddler and school routines, creating a warm, structured and playful environment while ensuring the safety and well-being of the kids. Tyyne is a former competitive alpine skier, and has also worked as a ski instructor in Finland, teaching all ages and helping build confidence on the slopes. She brings patience, encouragement, and positivity to all activities, both indoors and outdoors. Fun fact: Tyyne grew up living in the US, Hungary, and Finland — giving her a valuable multicultural upbringing!

Orla is a tutor and nanny with t4nanny, offering a calm, professional, and dependable presence for families. She holds a degree in Spanish and Economics, bringing strong communication skills, structure, and adaptability to both tutoring and childcare roles. Orla enjoys supporting children academically while also providing attentive, well-balanced care. She works confidently with different ages and learning styles, helping children build confidence in their studies while feeling comfortable and supported in her care. Previously a qualified lifeguard, Orla brings a strong awareness of safety, responsibility, and risk management to her work with children. She is also highly sporty, having competed at high levels in netball, which contributes to her energetic yet disciplined approach and makes her well suited to active families. Fun Fact: Orla balances her love of languages with competitive sport and enjoys staying active whenever possible.

Kate is a highly experienced and passionate childcare professional with over 30 years in the industry. She is a qualified nanny and has worked in a variety of settings, including nurseries, schools, crèches, and as a registered childminder. She is a proud mother of three grown children, including twins, all of whom were under 18 months at one stage. This has given her exceptional hands-on experience in multitasking and confidently meeting the needs of multiple young children. Kate has spent the past three years travelling around Europe with her partner and their pets. Now in her fifth season in the Alp's as a nanny—and her first as a travelling nanny—she brings warmth, creativity, and a sense of adventure to her role, creating fun and engaging experiences for the children in her care. In addition to her nannying experience, Kate is also a certified doula and children’s sleep therapist, allowing her to offer additional support to families. Fun fact: Kate completed the Three Peaks Challenge in 24 hours for charity. Reaching the summit of Ben Nevis in honour of her nephew, who overcame leukemia, was a truly special and memorable achievement.

Annabella has worked in nurseries and completed the wonderful Freckles Ski Nanny 5 day training to prepare for her first Winter season with us. She absolutely adores under 1's and has that soothing touch. Annabella has spent her life skiing and growing up in a big family. She adores creating lovely snowy memories with little ones as it is something she cherished herself. Languages; English (native) Learning: French

Charlotte
Tignes & Val d'Isere

Charlotte is a final year student studying politics and international relations. This will be her third ski season out in the Alps as a nanny ! During the summer months Charlotte work's as a Watersports instructor teaching sailing to all ages in the Caribbean followed by working at kids clubs around the Mediterranean where she looks after different aged children each week from babies in the creche up to running the teens club. Charlotte has skied and sailed since she could walk and know 's the resorts like the back of her hand. She grew up sharing ski holidays with her family and knows how to make your ski holidays magical and memorable for your children. Charlottes languages; Spanish ( Intermediate) French ( Begginer) Fun Fact - Charlotte is a sports fanatic and is a member of the climbing, caving, wakeboarding, sailing, surfing, lacrosse, hockey, trampolining and navy societies at her university.

Klara has been working with children of all ages over the past 3 years in various settings. She has been a passionate swim teacher since 2021 but took a break from this in 2023 to work a ski season as a nanny before heading to Greece to be a kids activity leader. Klara is now studying a degree in early year’s education but loves life in the alps too much to pass up any opportunity to go back! Fun Fact: Klara has done a skydive for charity and plays Guitar! Languages spoken: English, Swedish Languages learning: French, Greek
