Elle has spent a lifetime immersed in education, childcare and outdoor education. Originally from Australia, she trained as a teacher specialising in Physical Development, Health and Physical Education, before going on to specialise in Special Education and build a career in Outdoor Education. With all the practical skills — and, perhaps even more importantly, all the soft skills — Elle knows exactly how to soothe, nurture, encourage and inspire little ones. ❤️ Elle is also the Director of t4nanny, where she spends much of her time supporting, nurturing and looking after our fantastic team when she’s not busy caring for our wonderful t4 families. Whether it’s helping a little one find their confidence, creating an adventure outdoors or simply knowing when a cuddle is needed, Elle brings a huge amount of experience, warmth and calm to everything she does. 🌿✨ Fun Fact: Elle is a true water baby! 🏊‍♀️💦 She’s a qualified swimming instructor and is passionate about helping little ones feel happy and confident around water. She also makes sure all of our t4 team have the skills and knowledge they need to feel competent and confident taking little ones into the pool. 🐳💙
