Short bio's from each of our nannies
Elle has a lifetime in education, childcare and outdoor education. Elle trained primarily as a Physical Development, Health and Physical Education teacher in Australia. She then went on to specialise in Special Education alongside pursuing a career as an Outdoor Educator. Elle has all the hard but especially soft skills needed to sooth, nurture and inspire. Elle is the director of t4nanny and spends a lot of her time nurturing and supporting her fantastic team when she is not caring for our t4 families. Fun Fact : Elle is a water baby, she is a swimming instructor and ensures all her staff have the skills and knowledge to feel competent and confident taking little ones into the pool.

Matt Is a returning team member to t4nanny! Matt brings with him 25 years of experience working with young people. As an outdoor educator Matt has mastered the art of fostering safe and fun environments for young people to push their boundaries and grow. Matt is a magician with all ages and has ihe training and experience to support little ones with Special Needs and BSL. Matt is a lover of languages and is fluent in French , soon to be Welsh… just a jack of all trades kinda guy. Fun Fact: Matt is an amazing musician and singer, he shares with our team a love for music and culture, teaching us childrens songs in Welsh and other languages.
Tignes / Val d'Isere
Amy Is a returning team member to t4nanny. Amy is currently studying Early Years Teaching. Her classroom experience does not overweight her nanny experience and with a season of t4nanny up her sleeves she knows how to create a truly memorable experience for our t4 families . Amy brings with her that calm soothing nature that eases not only babies but their parents as well. Fun Fact: Amy loves being creative and making crafts, getting your little ones involved in creating something during those too cold days inside is her specialty.
Cara has 10 years experience as a private nanny and 8 years of experience working in the Primary School setting as a teacher. Cara used her qualifications in Applied Psychology to enter the world of education and supporting young people. Her role as a Special Needs Assistant Teacher has given her a wonderful skill set when working with young people. She has a wealth of knowledge in mindfulness and is a master of creative play. Fun Fact: Cara loves Yoga & Mindfulness and encorporates these in fun ways with children of all ages.
Lauren has over 10 years of experience as a Nanny and as an Educator. Lauren has training in SEND and specializes in the younger years, whilst also having a lot of experience and affinity for teenagers. She brings with her classroom-based knowledge coupled with real-life experience working 1:1 with many families for decades. Fun Fact: Has a love of all food, is small in size but a very big foodie - has worked in the hospitality and catering industry in previous years , menu planning, baking and cooking are my thang!
Milly has 5 years of experience working with young people, from her coaching and supportive roles in gymnastics to personal nanny work. Milly is a natural soother and carer whilst also having the energy and skills to ignite imagination and playfulness with our youngest ones. Fun Fact : Milly is qualified to teach both rhythmic and artistic gymnastics, coaching teams into national level and also figure skated competitively, she cant wait to share these skills with t4families.
Eilidh is literally a carer, she has worked with all ages and has professional experience in the care industry with adults and young people. Eilidh is also a ski instructor in Scotland, she has experience not only nannying but supporting young ones on their skis and also in the winter environment. She knows the ins and outs of equipping young people with the skills and confidence to enjoy and thrive in the mountains. Fun Fact: She is a master of Origami and can always make engaging playful activities with small amounts of craft and her big imagination!
Sam is a veteran of the ski season life, has worked 5 seasons and his highlights have been all in the kid's clubs! Sam is a natural with all ages and has over 5 years experience working with young people, from tennis coaching to kids clubs and working with local families on an ongoing basis with under 1's. Sam has a calming and soothing nature which puts not only our little ones to ease but also mums and Dads. Sam Speak Spanish, Catalan and English! Fun Fact: Sam is a snowboarder and loves to play in the park, he is all about getting active and playiong outdoors wheneve the weather and conditions allow.
Katrina is a qualified Primary school teacher with 4 years experience in the classroom. she has been the Lead Teacher for Modern Foreign Languages for 2 years, speaking Spanish and conversational french. Katrina is a Mental Health First Aider and takes great pride in taking time to offer the best support and nourish the young people that comde into her life. She is quite talented musically, holding a ABRSM Grade 5 in Piano and has been the Secretary of Modern Dance Society in her school. Fun Fact: A love of music and dance, Katrina also has swimming qualifications and experience... so watch out for aqua aerobics as she combines all her passions and interest to share with your little ones
