We just wanted to leave you some feedback on t4 Nanny who have just looked after our son who is nearly 2, in Tignes. Our son is not often left with anyone else and on other holidays he wasn't able to be left in any childcare as he wasn't happy. However last Xmas Hannah P of t4 looked after him here in Tignes when he was just 10 months old and he was really happy with her. We therefore wanted to book t4 Nanny again this year and requested Hannah. He immediately took to her again, she's a complete natural with kids! He had the best time with Hannah this week and he keeps talking about her (he can't quite say Hannah's name it sounds more like "haha" but he's getting there!). Our hotel have their own childcare team but with staff like Hannah P, we will keep using t4 Nanny for our future winter holidays whenever possible. She's a great person and a fantastic nanny, easily the best nanny and the best company we have ever experienced. Please pass on our thanks to Hannah P and her management team!

Kat and Georgia our nannies were incredible with the children. We were nervous as it was the first time we had left our babies but they really put us at ease meaning the whole family had a good week. They came around the day before (their day off!) to meet and learn all about our babies and their routines. Everyday they arrived bright and early and ready to play which they kept up throughout the day

Bee has been a real joy, so bubbly, friendly and accommodating. Our son took to her straight away and has really enjoyed spending time with her in and around the resort. Bee has engaged him in various activities including seasonal crafts and physical activities such as sledging and trips to the park. She has been very reliable and a credit to your service.

Mrs Hunt - Danielle was great with Max, really friendly and interacted well with him. She was really flexible the whole week and we would certainly use her again. She was always on time and happy to suggest activities. It was also nice for Tess to come on the first day to introduce Dani.
Mrs Palmer - Tiarna was so lovely with the boys. It was great that she brought activities with her. I felt totally comfortable leaving both of the boys with her. So lovely. We are looking forward to seeing her again in February (hopefully!!)
Fiona Sharp - Dawn was amazing. We have never used a service like this before ( I am a full time mum and this is our first ski experience) so did not know what to expect. We would definitely use Dawn again. The kids loved her, she fitted in perfectly with the family and I must admit I had a tear in my eye when we said goodbye. She is such a lovely girl and she is a credit to your company. Nothing fazed her and she was looking after boy toddler twins who i find exhausting. She sent photos of the boys enjoying themselves and regular updates on where they were. She was not overwhelmed by the fact that we lived up 20 steps and the buggy was at the bottom which meant the boys had to walk up/ down. She was totally flexible with her hours, sometimes we confirmed in the morning depending on the weather. We miss her already!
Mr Grady - Chelsea really was a delight throughout our week in Meribel. Amiable and pleasant she instantly put us at ease and was able to bond very quickly with our 18 month little boy. She does everything with a smile on her face and is innovative in her ideas in keeping our little one entertained.
Mr & Mrs Marsh - Rosie was amazing and looked after the children so well. I would like to say that Rosie is an exceptional nanny and made our holiday knowing she was taking such good care of our kids and they were having so much fun. I would like to say a massive thank you.
Mrs Woodley - Hannah and Stacey were absolutely fantastic. Very pro-active and 'can-do' in their attitude and nothing fazed them. We had various sick children and convoluted ski school pick ups and drop offs and we were able to rely upon them both totally. They kept the children really happy and entertained - nothing was too much trouble and the children were always busy doing fun things. I can't praise them any more. They are probably the best nannies we have ever had!
Mrs Chan - Buffy was a pro. Took initiative with activities. I liked that she was willing to engage our son in outdoor activities (tired him out and he slept well). Buffy also managed to put Ariel to sleep in his cot during the day - which is a first.
Mrs Alexander - I can not express how impressive Buffy was and how pleased we were with how she executed her job during our stay last week in La Tania. As an experienced and qualified teacher I was so delighted to find someone so motivated, talented and dedicated looking after my two toddlers. She was cheerful. polite, engaging, attentive, dynamic and creative in making activities and very accommodating to my perpetual lateness and not to mention a horrible incident when our youngest was unwell all over her! Also being a part of a large group other family members were constantly in and out of the chalets and they reported nothing but similar back to me.
Mrs Crane-Jones - Laura is an excellent nanny. I cannot speak highly enough of her. She was amazing with my 11 month old boy, extremely punctual and so bubbly, she really reassured us that he was in good hands whilst we were on the slopes. He was so happy with her, which made the holiday even better! I would highly recommend T4 nanny.
Mrs Quirke - Lucy was the most lovely Nanny. She was flexible with timing, which was important as she was looking after 2 children from different families, and activities. She was happy to bring them up the mountain to meet us for lunch, take the swimming etc. The girls loved her and had such good fun, while keeping their schedule and routine as normal as possible while on holiday. We would highly recommend Lucy to anyone going to Val this season.
